My Shrimp Louie Salad
- 1 package of romaine lettuce
- 4 hard boiled eggs
- 8 bacon strips
- 1 pint of grape tomatoes
- 1 package of tail on deveined shrimp
- 1 tbsp Mccormick carribean jerk seasoning
- 2 tbsp thousand island dressing, optional
- Cook bacon strips, drain, set aside.
- Cook shrimp in Mccormick seasoning.
- Assemble salad, lettuce, tomatoes, shrimp, bacon , eggs, finish with dressing of your choice.
