Buffalo Chicken Sweet Pepper Poppers`

  1. preheat oven to 375F & parchment line a baking pan.
  2. dice onion add to pan with butter grill down to your liking let cool, & set aside
  3. cut peppers in 1/2 scrape out veins and any seeds.
  4. set aside
  5. drain chicken and shredd with fork, add in softened cream cheese incorporate well, add in all other ingredients, as much hot sauce as desired.
  6. I used about 4tbs of each but your choice.add in grilled cooled onions.stuff peppers with mixture
  7. heat butter till melted add in all topping items sprinkle stuffed pep poo ers bake 20minutes.serve with ranch or dressing if your choice.
  8. you can add any cheese of choice to poppers.
  9. no one in my house likes blue cheese so I substituted.
