Ginger Shrimp and Green Beans

  1. Cook and stir shrimp, beans, ginger root, lemon peel and peppers in butter in skillet on medium heat 3 to 5 minutes or until shrimp are pink.
  2. Reduce heat to low.
  3. Add VELVEETA and milk; stir until VELVEETA is melted.
  4. Serve over hot cooked pasta.
