Woodears cooked with pork and sauerkraut

  1. Preheat oven 400
  2. Mix the spices set aside.
  3. Slice the pork not all the way through, into 5-6 cuts.
  4. Cover with rosemary oil even in the cut areas.
  5. Put half the sauerkraut on bottom of roaster.
  6. Add spices to pork especially into sliced areas.
  7. Add roast to top of sauerkraut add chicken broth.
  8. Top with rest of sauerkraut.
  9. Stick woodears on sides in the broth.
  10. After one our add 2 tablespoonfuls of sweetner.
  11. Roast covered till done.
  12. Mine took 1 hour 45 minutes.
  13. Serve hope you enjoy!
