Spanish Rice

  1. Heat oil over medium heat.
  2. Add rice; brown.
  3. Once browned add garlic & onions.
  4. Cook for 5 minutes stirring occasionally.
  5. Add stewed tomotoes,with their juices.Break up large bits of tomatoes.
  6. Stir in all spices.
  7. Add 1 can of chicken broth.
  8. Bring to boil; reduce heat.
  9. Add chicken broth as needed in order to cook rice.
  10. Once rice is cooked simmer until liquid is gone.
