Raw Chocolate Bars
- 2 cups raw cacao powder
- 12 cup cocoa butter
- 12 cup raw agave nectar
- 12 cup coconut oil
- 1 pinch salt
- Sift cacao powder into a large bowl.
- Melt cocoa butter in a double boiler or bain marie over low heat (so as not to degrade the nutrients).
- Whisk occasionally.
- When almost melted, add coconut oil and whisk occasionally until melted.
- Add butter and oil mixture to powder.
- Add agave.
- Add salt.
- Whisk until well combined.
- Add fillings if desired.
- Pour into molds.
- Freeze until hard.
- Store in the refrigerator.
