Healthy Fried Trout
- 1 lb trout fillet
- 12 cup white flour
- 1 egg, beaten
- 12 cup olive oil
- 12 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 pinch salt
- 12 lemon
- Heat oil in skillet.
- Add salt and pepper to flour and mix.
- Rinse trout and dip into beaten egg.
- Cover filets with flour and shake off excess.
- Add filets to pan, skin side down and fry 12 minutes.
- Flip and fry an additional 12 minutes.
- Serve with 1/4 lemon wedge.
