Frijoles
- 4 cups pinto beans (boiled)
- 3 teaspoons lard
- 4 ounces monterey jack cheese
- Boil 4 cups pinto beans in water for 2 hours until soft and tender.
- heat u p a skillet add lard and heat until almost smoking.
- add beans and heat up until they reach a hard boil.
- Mash and continue to boil for about 3 minuets.
- Serve and add cheese to taste.
- Eat with either corn or flour tortillas.
