Frijoles

  1. Boil 4 cups pinto beans in water for 2 hours until soft and tender.
  2. heat u p a skillet add lard and heat until almost smoking.
  3. add beans and heat up until they reach a hard boil.
  4. Mash and continue to boil for about 3 minuets.
  5. Serve and add cheese to taste.
  6. Eat with either corn or flour tortillas.
