Three Cheese Egg Not-Souffle

  1. Cube cheeses and butter, slightly smaller than 1/2 inch cubes seems to work best for the cheeses, even smaller for the butter.
  2. Beat eggs.
  3. Wisk flour, milk, and baking powder into eggs.
  4. Fold in butter and cheeses.
  5. Pour into greased 9"x13" baking dish.
  6. Bake at 450 degrees for 30 minutes.
  7. Center should be raised and edges should be slightly golden brown.
  8. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving, the dish will settle during this time.
