Spicy Chili Scallion Noodles
- 2 packages 3 Ounce Packages, Top Ramen Noodles (discard Seasoning)
- 1 teaspoon Butter
- 13 cups Soy Sauce
- 1/4 cups Water
- 1/2 teaspoons Red Pepper Flakes
- 1/2 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cups Chopped Scallions
- Fresh Cilantro For Garnish
- Boil a pot of water on medium heat and cook your noodles according to package instructions for al dente, about 3 minutes.
- Drain the noodles then return them to the pot thats now set over a medium flame.
- Add the butter.
- While noodles start to crisp, make your sauce.
- Combine the next 7 ingredients (soy sauce through sugar) in a small bowl, and whisk until the sugar is dissolved.
- Add sauce into your noodles and toss to coat.
- Allow noodles to continue crisping in the sauce for another 2-3 minutes.
- Drop in your scallions and give your noodles one final toss.
- Transfer to serving plates and top with fresh cilantro.
- Enjoy!
