Spicy Chili Scallion Noodles

  1. Boil a pot of water on medium heat and cook your noodles according to package instructions for al dente, about 3 minutes.
  2. Drain the noodles then return them to the pot thats now set over a medium flame.
  3. Add the butter.
  4. While noodles start to crisp, make your sauce.
  5. Combine the next 7 ingredients (soy sauce through sugar) in a small bowl, and whisk until the sugar is dissolved.
  6. Add sauce into your noodles and toss to coat.
  7. Allow noodles to continue crisping in the sauce for another 2-3 minutes.
  8. Drop in your scallions and give your noodles one final toss.
  9. Transfer to serving plates and top with fresh cilantro.
  10. Enjoy!
