Cheesy Chili Dip
- 1 (16 oz) can Chili
- 8 oz velveeta style cheese (or 8 ounces shredded cheese, any)
- 1 cup salsa or picante sauce
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp season salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- Cut Velveeta style cheese into small cubes.
- Mix all ingredients very well into a microwave safe bowl.
- Microwave for 30 seconds, then stir ingredients missing well.
- Continue cooking and mixing for 30 seconds at a time.
- (repeat cooking and stirring process as needed)
- When the cheese is fully melted and the mix is hot, transfer to a serving bowl.
- Serve with any style of corn chips.
