Baked Clams With Black Bean Sauce Recipe

  1. Shuck the clams and place them on a baking sheet.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Combine the remaining ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat.
  4. Spoon the mix on top of the mollusks.
  5. Bake for 5 to 7 min at 450F, or possibly till cooked but not tough.
  6. Serve immediately.
