Moms Stuffing

  1. Saute equal amounts of the chopped onions and celery in 1/2 of the butter.
  2. Once softened melt in remaining butter and spices.
  3. Allow to cool and hand mix with crountons.
  4. Pour broth over crounton mixture and continue to combine by hand until well mixed.
  5. Taste it!
  6. Adjust spices to your liking
  7. Bake at 350F for 1 hour, covered in a greased casserole dish.
  8. If you want a crispier top uncover for the last 15 minutes.
