French Onion Burgers

  1. Shape beef into 4 ( 1/2 in.
  2. -thick) burgers.
  3. Heat skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add burgers and cook until well browned on both sides.
  5. Remove from skillet.
  6. Pour off fat.
  7. Stir soup in skillet and heat to a boil.
  8. Return burgers to skillet.
  9. Reduce heat to low.
  10. Cover and cook 5 min.
  11. or until burgers are cooked through.
  12. Top burgers with cheese and cook until cheese is melted.
  13. Serve burgers on buns with soup mixture for dipping
