Dijon Cheddar-Bacon Spread

  1. Beat cream cheese and shredded cheese in medium bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
  2. Sti in mustard, bacon and 2 tablespoons of the onions.
  3. Transfer to serving bowl, if desired; cover.
  4. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
  5. Let stand at room temperature 30 minutes before serving.
  6. Spinkle with the remaining 1 tablespoons onions.
  7. Serve with crackers.
