Easy Cheesy Spinach Bake

• 4 eggs
• 1 (10 ounce) package frozen spinach (thawed and well drained)
• 16 ounces cottage cheese
• 1 cup mozzarella shredded cheese

1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Beat eggs lightly add remaining ingredients except red peppers.
3. Pour into well greased 9 pie plate.
4. Bake 40 min (or until center is set) Top w/peppers.
