Celery Stuffed with Smoked Gouda and Sun-Dried Tomatoes

  1. Whisk mayonnaise, buttermilk and paprika in small bowl to blend.
  2. Mix in cheese and tomatoes.
  3. Season mixture with salt and pepper.
  4. (Can be prepared 1 day ahead.
  5. Cover and refrigerate.)
  6. Fill cavity of celery stalks with cheese mixture.
