Milky Matcha Kuro-mame

  1. Add the kuromame to a dish.
  2. Mix together the matcha (or powdered green tea) and skim milk.
  3. This time I used a ratio of 1:2 for the matcha and skim milk.
  4. Use whatever ratio you like.
  5. Pour over the kuromame and serve.
  6. If desired, add a very small amount of salt.
