Italian Baked Eggs Supreme
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 3 cups cubed Italian bread loaf
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Italian* Five Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA
- 1 cup chopped mushrooms
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped drained marinated artichoke hearts
- 1/4 cup chopped OSCAR MAYER Pepperoni
- Best first 3 ingredients in large bowl with whisk until blended.
- Add remaining ingredients; stir gently.
- Pour into 12x8-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
- Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
- Heat oven to 325F.
- Bake casserole 45 to 50 min.
- or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
