Chipped Beef & Pepper Ball Recipe

• 2 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese (light)
• 1 pkg. Esskay dry (chipped) beef
• Coarse grnd pepper

1. In food processor, chop dry beef.
2. Roll, mash cream cheese with beef.
3. Roll into 1 large or possibly 2 smaller cheese balls.
4. Roll ball in pepper till ball is completely covered.
5. Serve immediately, or possibly refrigeratein refrigerator.
6. Serve with Triscuits, Wheat Thins, etc.
