Chipped Beef & Pepper Ball Recipe
- 2 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese (light)
- 1 pkg. Esskay dry (chipped) beef
- Coarse grnd pepper
- In food processor, chop dry beef.
- Roll, mash cream cheese with beef.
- Roll into 1 large or possibly 2 smaller cheese balls.
- Roll ball in pepper till ball is completely covered.
- Serve immediately, or possibly refrigeratein refrigerator.
- Serve with Triscuits, Wheat Thins, etc.
