Marinated Swordfish

• 4 swordfish steaks
• 14 cup lemon juice
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
• 1 teaspoon fresh gingerroot, grated
• 14 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 1 dash black pepper

1. combine all marinade ingredients in a bowl.
2. marinate fish in a sealable bag for 30 minutes minimum.
3. grill fish brushing several times during cooking process about 4-5 minutes per side.
4. serve with a fresh tomato salad or a crisp green salad.
