Easy Fudgy Chocolate Frosting

  1. Place sugar, milk and butter in saucepan, bring to boil and boil vigorously few one minute.
  2. Remove from heat; add chocolate chips and vanilla.
  3. Stir vigorously till blended and pour while hot over 9 x 13 inches or 10 x 15 inches pan of cooled cake.
  4. It is important that you boil it for exactly a minute -- too short or too long makes the icing turn out bad.
