Spring Breakfast Strata

  1. In a large bowl, beat eggs; add milk, mustard, basil and salt. Gently stir in remaining ingredients until well mixed.
  2. Pour into a greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish.
  3. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or over night.
  4. Remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before baking.
  5. Bake, uncovered, at 350u0b0 for 1 hour or until knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
  6. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
