Poor Boy Fried Taters

• 4 -5 medium potatoes, sliced
• 10 hot dogs, diced
• 3 tablespoons cooking oil
• crushed red pepper flakes
• salt and pepper

1. Heat oil in skillet.
2. Fry potatoes until tender.
3. Add wieners and cook until plumped.
4. Pepper and salt to taste.
5. I have also added onion and bell pepper on occasion.
