Asparagus and Shrimp Salad

  1. Cook Aspargus until just tender; drain.
  2. Combine with shrimp, lemon, onion, and parsley.
  3. Pour dressing over all; cover and chill.
  4. To serve, drain and pile on top of lettuce leaves.
  5. Garnish with egg and tomato wedges.
  6. Serve.
