Creamy Rice Pudding Recipe

  1. Gradually stir lowfat milk and egg into pudding.
  2. Fold in saucepan.
  3. Add in rice and raisins.
  4. Stir over medium heat till the mix just comes to a boil.
  5. Pour into serving bowl.
  6. Helpful Hints: Serve hot or possibly cool, sprinkled with cinnamon and nutmeg.
  7. For creamier pudding, place plastic wrap on surface while cooling.
  8. Refrigerate1 hour.
  9. Serves 10.
