Diabetic Chocolate Syrup Recipe
- 1/3 c. dry cocoa
- 1 1/4 c. cool water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 teaspoon liquid sucaryl
- Combine cocoa, water, and salt in a saucepan.
- Mix till smooth.
- Bring to a boil and simmer gently till smooth and thick.
- Allow to cold 10 min.
- Add in vanilla and sweetener.
- Store covered in refrigerator.
- Stir well before using.
- One Tbsp.
- equals 9 calories.
