Bbq Sauce Au Justin Recipe
- 2 c. onion minced
- 1/2 c. bell pepper minced
- 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. garlic minced
- 2 c. ketchup
- 2 Tbsp. parsley dry
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. wine vinegar
- 4 tsp salt
- 1/4 c. louisiana warm sauce
- 1 1/2 c. dry red wine
- 1/2 tsp celery seed
- 1 c. steak sauce
- Saute/fry onions and bell peppers in extra virgin olive oil.
- Add in garlic, wine and rest of ingredients.
- Bring to boil.
- Cover, then cook over a low fire for at least two hrs.
- Use on finished BBQ, not as a basting sauce.
- This is garontee to hot the belly!
- NOTES : Not a basting sauce, put on after cooking.
