Chewy Brownies with Leftover Okara

  1. Spread out the okara on a plate lined with a paper towel.
  2. Microwave at 600 W for 2 minutes, mix, and microwave for another 2 minutes.
  3. Its weight should reduce from 100 g to 75 g.
  4. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  5. Preheat the oven to 180C.
  6. Add the ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
  7. Pour in batter into the pan.
  8. It is rather thick, so spread it out to an even thickness.
  9. Top with walnuts.
  10. Bake at 180C for 20 minutes.
  11. Remove from oven, and once cooled, cut into whatever sized pieces you like.
  12. Sprinkle on some powdered sugar to finish.
