Reduced Sugar Festive Fruity Cookies

  1. Heat oven to 400F.
  2. Mix dry gelatin mix, flour and baking powder.
  3. Beat margarine in large bowl with mixer until creamy.
  4. Add granulated sugar substitute; beat until light and fluffy.
  5. Blend in egg and vanilla.
  6. Gradually add flour mixture, beating well after each addition.
  7. Shape dough into 36 (1-inch) balls.
  8. Place, 2 inches apart, on baking sheets.
  9. Flatten with bottom of clean glass.
  10. Bake 6 to 8 min.
  11. or until edges are lightly browned.
  12. Cool on baking sheets 1 min.
  13. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
  14. Melt chocolate as directed on package; drizzle over cookies.
  15. Let stand until glaze is firm.
