Back in Black Bean Salad

  1. Melt the butter in a pot or a skillet.
  2. Combine the beans and veggies in the pan and cook for about 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Pour into a bowl and top with cheese and sour cream.
  4. Add spices if desired.
  5. Have a fiesta in your mouth!
