Back in Black Bean Salad
- 1 cup black beans
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup chopped green pepper
- 12 cup chopped tomato
- 12 cup chopped celery
- 14 cup chopped onion
- 14 cup shredded mexican cheese
- salt (optional)
- pepper (optional)
- Melt the butter in a pot or a skillet.
- Combine the beans and veggies in the pan and cook for about 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Pour into a bowl and top with cheese and sour cream.
- Add spices if desired.
- Have a fiesta in your mouth!
