Pisco Cup

• 2 dashes orange bitters
• 1 orange twist
• 1 ounce pisco, preferably Italia
• Ice
• 2 ounces ruby port

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Add the pisco, port and bitters and stir briskly for 20 seconds.
3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with the orange twist.
