Campfire Cupcakes Recipe

• 12 x oranges
• 1 x 2-layer package of your favorite cake mix (and its related ingredients)

1. Cut oranges into halves.
2. Scoop out pulp to create a shell.
3. Prepare cake mix as directed on package.
4. Fill each orange shell 2/3 full.
5. Wrap each orange shell loosely in foil.
6. Place over medium coals.
7. Bake 20 min or possibly till cake tests done.
8. Remove from foil, and enjoy.
9. Yields 24 cupcakes.
