Classic Quiche

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Place pie shell on baking sheet; bake 10 minutes; let cool.
  3. Cook bacon until crisp.
  4. Combine bacon, cheese, flour and salt in bowl; spread evenly over pie shell.
  5. Stir together eggs and evaporated milk in another bowl.
  6. Pour over cheese mixture.
  7. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until knife inserted in centre comes out clean.
  8. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
