Creamy cheesy potatoes

  1. Boil the water
  2. Peel wash and dice the potatoes.
  3. Cook the potatoes till fork tender drain.
  4. Heat milk, and shred the cheeses.
  5. Add to hot milk.
  6. Stir till melted and incorporated into milk
  7. Mix water and cornstarch.
  8. Add to milk and cheeses
  9. Stir in potatoes mix well.
  10. Garnish with parsley
  11. Serve, hope you enjoy!
