Chilled Hiyayakko Tofu with Salty Scallion Sauce

  1. Chop scallions finely and mix them with 1 tablespoon sesame oil, 1/2 teaspoon salt and some black pepper in a bowl.
  2. Put the bowl in the fridge to rest.
  3. Drain the tofu well and cut into bite size pieces.
  4. Put 1 on the top of tofu to serve.
