Tuna-Mushroom Quiche

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. In a medium bowl, flake chunk light tuna (drained) with a fork.
  2. Sprinkle bottom of a thawed frozen deep-dish pie-crust shell with tuna, a jar sliced mushrooms (drained) and shredded pepper Jack cheese.
  3. Whisk eggs and whole milk in bowl; pour slowly over tuna mixture.
  4. Bake 35 to 40 minutes, or until quiche is golden and knife inserted in center comes out clean.
  5. Cool on wire rack 10 minutes; serve with a frozen veggie side dish.
