Crock Pot Pulled Pork

  1. In a medium-sized slow cooker, add barbecue sauce and soft drink.
  2. Whisk together until well combined.
  3. Add pork, turning to coat all over with barbecue sauce.
  4. Cover and cook on HIGH 8 hours or until meat is tender and shreds easily.
  5. Serve on warmed hamburger buns, if desired.
  6. Note: It seems like the barbecue flavor tends to cook out of the sauce by the end of the eight hours, so I usually remove the pork, serve on buns, and top with fresh barbecue sauce from the bottle.
