Pumpkin Chip Muffins
- 12 cup margarine or 12 cup butter
- 1 23 cups flour (I have used both wheat and regular...both work)
- 1 cup sugar
- 12 teaspoon baking soda
- 12 teaspoon baking powder
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup pumpkin puree (I use canned)
- 1 cup cinnamon baking chips (I often make triple the recipe which is 2 bags)

- Cream butter and sugar.
- 2.
- Add eggs and mix well.
- 3.
- Mix in dry ingredients.
- 4.
- Add pumpkin and mix well.
- 5.
- Fold in cinnamon chips.
- 6.
- Grease muffin tins or use paper liners, fill 2/3 full.
- 7.
- Bake at 350 degrees x 20-23 minutes.
