Awesome Banana Cake

• 1 (18 ounce) box yellow cake mix
• 1 14 cups bananas, mashed (approx. 3 bananas)
• 1 cup sour milk (1 Tbsp. vinegar and 1 cup milk)
• 1 12 cups cold coffee
• 2 eggs
• 12 cup Crisco
• 12 cup oleo
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 34 cup warm milk

1. Mix together cake mix ingredients for 2 minutes on high.
2. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees - two 8" or 9" cake pans/32 - 25 minute OR 9 x 12 pan/40-45 minute.
3. For the Whipped Cream Icing, mix the Crisco and Oleo well together.
4. Start to add the sugar a little at a time and blend well in batter.
5. Now add the vanilla and warm milk.
6. Spread the icing on a completely cooled cake!
