Roasted Potato Salad

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Spray baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Toss potatoes with 1 1/2 teaspoon Mrs.
  4. Dash Mequite Grilling Blend and olive oil.
  5. Spread potatoes on baking sheet.
  6. Bake 25-30 minutes or until tender.
  7. Combine mayonnaise and remaining Mrs.
  8. Dash seasoning in medium bowl.
  9. Cool potatoes slightly.
  10. Stir in potatoes, celery and green onions into mayonnaise mixture.
  11. Serve immediately.
