New Potatoes With Sesame Oil and Hot Pepper Flakes
- 1 pound 2 ounces tiny new potatoes
- 2 or 3 tablespoons Chinese sesame oil
- Hot red pepper flakes to taste
- Salt to taste
- Scrub potatoes; do not peel.
- Cook in water to cover in covered pot until tender but still firm, from 20 to 30 minutes, depending on size.
- Drain and cut in thirds or quarters, depending on size.
- Drizzle with sesame oil and stir to mix well.
- Then sprinkle with hot pepper flakes, according to taste.
