New Potatoes With Sesame Oil and Hot Pepper Flakes

  1. Scrub potatoes; do not peel.
  2. Cook in water to cover in covered pot until tender but still firm, from 20 to 30 minutes, depending on size.
  3. Drain and cut in thirds or quarters, depending on size.
  4. Drizzle with sesame oil and stir to mix well.
  5. Then sprinkle with hot pepper flakes, according to taste.
