Surprise Celebration Sandwich Made with OREO Wafers

• 24 each OREO Chocolate Wafer Cookies
• 1-1/2 qt. vanilla ice cream or soft-serve ice cream
• 12 each Mini OREO Bite Size Cookies
• 3/4 cup multi-colored sprinkles

1. For each serving: Top 1 cookie with 1/2 cup ice cream; press 1 Mini OREO Cookie into center of ice cream.
2. Cover with second OREO Wafer to make ice cream sandwich.
3. Roll edge in 1 Tbsp.
4. sprinkles.
5. Wrap in plastic wrap or place in covered container.
6. Freeze until ready to serve.
