Warm Brie with Habanero Caramel

  1. Note: I am not sure you can find habanero caramel in the store.
  2. I have a friend who sells it.
  3. See my blog for information.
  4. I am sure this would be just as good with regular caramel.
  5. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Carefully slice the skin off the brie.
  6. Unroll crecsent rolls and press them together to make a square.
  7. Place brie on top of rolls.
  8. Spread caramel on top of brie.
  9. Wrap dough around the brie.
  10. You may need to slice off extra dough.
  11. Place in a greased baking dish.
  12. Bake for 15 minutes.
  13. Serve with crackers.
