Warm Brie with Habanero Caramel
- 1 wheel (8 Oz. Size) Brie
- 1 package (8 Oz. Size) Crescent Rolls
- 3 Tablespoons Habanero Caramel (See Note)
- Crackers, To Serve
- Note: I am not sure you can find habanero caramel in the store.
- I have a friend who sells it.
- See my blog for information.
- I am sure this would be just as good with regular caramel.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Carefully slice the skin off the brie.
- Unroll crecsent rolls and press them together to make a square.
- Place brie on top of rolls.
- Spread caramel on top of brie.
- Wrap dough around the brie.
- You may need to slice off extra dough.
- Place in a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Serve with crackers.
