(As Easy As Carbonara?) Kamatama Chicken Ramen

  1. Boil the chicken ramen noodles for about a minute until the desired softness.
  2. If you pour boiled water over the noodles, rest for about 3 minutes.
  3. Beat an egg while boiling the noodles.
  4. Drain the boiled noodles in a sieve.
  5. You don't need to keep the soup although you may feel it's a waste!
  6. Mix a beaten egg with the noodles.
  7. Sprinkle sesame seeds, shichimi or ichimi spice etc., if you like.
  8. I recommend shichimi spice.
