(As Easy As Carbonara?) Kamatama Chicken Ramen
- 1 packet Instant Ramen
- 1 Egg
- 1 Shichimi spice
- 1 Sesame seeds
- 1 Scallion
- Boil the chicken ramen noodles for about a minute until the desired softness.
- If you pour boiled water over the noodles, rest for about 3 minutes.
- Beat an egg while boiling the noodles.
- Drain the boiled noodles in a sieve.
- You don't need to keep the soup although you may feel it's a waste!
- Mix a beaten egg with the noodles.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds, shichimi or ichimi spice etc., if you like.
- I recommend shichimi spice.
