Spicy Salmon Melt

  1. Mix salmon, capsicum and red curry paste until well blended.
  2. Top crispbreads with the salmon mixture and sprinkle with grated cheese.
  3. Grill under a hot grill for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and fish is warmed through.
  4. Enjoy!
