Spicy Salmon Melt
- 210g can pink or red salmon, drained
- 1/2 red capsicum, diced
- 1/2 teaspoon red curry paste
- 1/4 cup grated tasty cheese Target 2 For $5.00 thru 02/06
- 8 KRAFT Premium Crispbread
- Mix salmon, capsicum and red curry paste until well blended.
- Top crispbreads with the salmon mixture and sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Grill under a hot grill for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and fish is warmed through.
- Enjoy!
