30 Second Smoothie Recipe
- 1 c. Nonfat yogurt
- 1 c. Orange juice
- 2 x Ice cubes, more if you like
- Whip in blender till frothy.
- Variation: for 1 c orange juice, substitute 1 banana or possibly 1 c blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, pineapple, or possibly sliced peaches.
- Or possibly substitute frzn fruit for the ice.
