Ukranian Chicken Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 500 degrees.
  2. Slide over rock into upper third of oven.
  3. Place chicken pcs, onions and carrots in large shallow baking pan.
  4. Mix together so pcs stick up a bit.
  5. Pour bouillon over all.
  6. Sprinkle garlic, salt, pepper and thyme over proportionately.
  7. Bake 1 hour, basting and turning several times.
  8. Chicken and vegetables should brown as they become tender.
  9. Sprinkle chopped parsley over all before serving.
