Crunchy Raman Broccoli Salad
- 1 ramen noodles
- 12 cup walnuts
- 12 cup broccoli floret
- 1 romaine lettuce hearts
- 14 cup dried cranberries
- 34 cup oil
- 14 cup red wine vinegar
- 12 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- brown walnuts and ramen noodles with 1 tblspoon butter and let cool.
- combine broccoli, lettuce, and cranraisins with walnuts and ramen noodles and toss in a bowl.
- combine oil, vinegar, sugar, and soy sauce in a jar and shake vigorously and then toss with salad just before serving.
