Chinese Pork Chops Recipe
- 1 box UNCLE BEN'S® wild rice
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1 can mushroom soup
- Pork chops (sufficient to lay out in pan)
- Sweet & sour sauce
- Chinese noodles
- Soy sauce
- Pour box of rice in roasting pan and spread out.
- Cover with water.
- Spread liquid removed mushrooms over.
- Spread mushroom soup over it.
- Cover with pork chops.
- Add in salt and pepper.
- Bake 2 1/2 hrs at 350 degrees.
- Near end of baking period, cover with sweet and sour sauce.
- Serve with Chinese noodles and soy sauce.
